Aviation Training Coordinator

Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Thailand

Position Summary

The Aviation Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of training programs within the aviation sector. This position is responsible for comprehensive administrative and logistical support, maintaining high standards of training delivery, and adhering to regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages the preparation, submission, and meticulous tracking of all required documentation for both instructors and trainees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensures the optimal readiness of all training rooms, essential equipment, and facilities, thereby guaranteeing a conducive and effective learning environment for all scheduled training activities.
  • Systematically records, monitors, and updates critical training data, results, and validation within the company's designated systems, maintaining both digital and physical records for comprehensive audit and reference.
  • Continuously monitors the efficiency of training planning and last-minute schedule adjustments, providing constructive feedback and proactive suggestions to optimize operational workflows and minimize disruption.
  • Compiles and meticulously maintains comprehensive personal training records for all personnel.
  • Undertakes additional tasks and projects as assigned by the training management team, contributing to the overall objectives and success of the department.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Flight Crew Training Manuals, Aviation Operations Control Regulations (AOCR), and current announcements from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the company's operational characteristics and a solid understanding of the broader airline industry landscape.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience within the airline business or aviation sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, evidenced by a TOEIC score of 550 or higher.
