VietJet Qazaqstan is seeking an experienced B737 Line Captain to operate Boeing 737 aircraft on scheduled passenger services based in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will serve as Pilot-in-Command, upholding the highest standards of flight safety and professionalism, leading a cockpit crew, and ensuring efficient passenger service.
About the Role
As a B737 Line Captain, responsibilities include operating the B737 in scheduled passenger operations, ensuring adherence to flight safety and compliance regulations, and fostering a collaborative cockpit environment. The role also entails active participation in training, checks, and upgrade programs, alongside seamless coordination with operations, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver timely and exceptional service and passenger experiences.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL with a current B737 type rating.
- Minimum of 3,000 flight hours.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
