Air Astana is seeking experienced Captains for its A320 family fleet, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This permanent position offers international operations across diverse regions on a modern fleet, operating on a 6/2 roster pattern.

About the Role

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of A320 family aircraft, conducting international flights. The role offers permanent employment with a structured 6/2 roster, providing a balance between work and personal life.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4500 hours of total flight time.
• Minimum of 1000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum of 500 hours PIC time on type (A320 family).
• Valid A320 family type rating.
• Must have flown the A320 family within the last 12 months with a current License Proficiency Check (LPC), or within the last 36 months contingent on an overall experience review.
• ATPL license, with ICAO recognized licenses accepted.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Possession of a non-accident/incident certificate.
• A non-criminal record from the place of previous residency.
• Recommendation letters from the last two employers.
• Complete training records from previous employers, including LPC and Operating Proficiency Checks (OPC).
• Valid vaccination passport.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted passport.
