Job Description

The Cabin Crew Management Specialist supports the management team in overseeing cabin crew operations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and enhancing team performance. This role focuses on administrative oversight, operational improvement, and the professional development of cabin crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating cabin crew requirements, including grooming standards, professional knowledge, and team welfare.
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding organizational models, departmental functions, and internal workflows.
  • Facilitate the monitoring of trainee performance and propose targeted training methods.
  • Participate in cabin crew assessment processes, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and reward recommendations.
  • Review and process flight reports and maintain comprehensive records of crew commendations and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the Cabin Crew Department in operational activities and contribute to the resolution of procedural issues.
  • Develop and enforce internal management policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure company compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate service processes, including the management and supply of catering equipment.
  • Manage personal data for cabin crew members and facilitate regular internal reporting.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for cabin crew every six months.
  • Perform periodic or ad-hoc reports as required by management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service, with a proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree in English).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Soft Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
    • Ability to create and implement standardized operational practices in alignment with corporate policies and legal requirements.
    • Understanding of data analytics, applied artificial intelligence, or process automation.
