Job Overview: Cabin Crew Management Specialist

The Cabin Crew Management Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the management team in establishing standards for cabin crew members. The successful candidate will provide strategic recommendations for organizational structure, workflow optimization, and performance management to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the management team in defining and maintaining grooming, professional, and welfare standards for cabin crew.
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding organizational models, departmental functions, and internal operating procedures.
  • Facilitate the monitoring of cabin crew performance and propose effective training methods to support professional development.
  • Participate in periodic performance evaluations, including the administration of rewards and disciplinary actions, and coordinate flight reports for review.
  • Support departmental operations, including input on processes and resolutions for arising operational challenges.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols, company regulations, and internal management procedures to ensure full compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate service standards, including the provision and quality of catering equipment.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of cabin crew data and prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Conduct formal performance appraisals for cabin crew teams on a semi-annual basis.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by department heads and leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service. Proven experience in leading teams and driving high-performance results.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, evidenced by a TOEIC score of 700 or higher (or equivalent), or a Bachelor's degree in English.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures aligned with corporate policies, legal requirements, and service standards.
    • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
    • Working knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or process automation.
