About the Role
Sun Phu Quoc Airways is launching THE SKY ELITES 2026 recruitment program to build its 5-star Cabin Crew team. This program is designed for experienced cabin crew from leading 5-star international airlines. Candidates will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing airline and contribute to establishing Vietnam's first 5-star aviation service standards. This role offers a chance to be part of a strategic team shaping a new chapter for Sun Phu Quoc Airways.
Requirements

Currently employed as Cabin Crew for an airline holding a 5-star rating from Skytrax or APEXworldclass.

A minimum of 12 months of cumulative Cabin Crew experience.

Possess a High School Diploma or higher educational qualification.

Meet height requirements: Male from 170cm to 185cm, Female from 160cm to 175cm.

Demonstrate English proficiency, evidenced by a minimum TOEIC certificate of 550 or an equivalent qualification (IELTS 5.0, TOEFL ITP 450, TOEFL iBT 35, VSTEP 5.5, or a Bachelor of English Language with a Good grade or higher).

For the Cabin Manager position, a minimum TOEIC certificate of 600 or an equivalent qualification (IELTS 5.0, TOEFL ITP 475, TOEFL iBT 40, VSTEP 5.5, or a Bachelor of English Language with a Good grade or higher) is required.
