Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Performs all assigned duties and provides services to passengers during the flight.
- Utilizes first aid knowledge to assist passengers requiring medical attention.
- Completes other tasks as assigned by senior crew members or management.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Must hold a high school degree or equivalent qualification or higher.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Height and BMI:
- Female: Minimum height of 160cm (barefoot) with a BMI between 18.5 and 22.
- Male: Minimum height of 170cm (barefoot) with a BMI between 20 and 24.
- Language Skills: Possesses excellent verbal and written English communication skills, demonstrated by a TOEIC score of 500 or equivalent (such as IELTS, TOEFL, or a Bachelor's degree in English).
- Demonstrates strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Must be medically fit to meet the requirements for cabin crew duties.
- No visible tattoos or scars are permitted when wearing the Vietjet Cabin Crew Uniform (covering with make-up or plaster is not allowed).
- Dental braces are not permitted.
- Selected candidates must successfully complete initial cabin crew training and agree to training bond and fees agreements.

Recruitment Process:
The selection process involves several stages:
- Document Check: Candidates present their ID Card (Passport for expatriates) for verification and to receive a candidate number.
- AI Grooming Check: An assessment based on appearance standards.
- Height and BMI Check: Verification against the required physical standards.
- Catwalk - AI Interview: Assessment of poise and an AI-assisted interview.
- Talent Show: Group performance showcasing candidate talents.
- Panel Interview: Final interview with a selection panel.
Dress Code for Recruitment Event:
Candidates are required to adhere to a professional dress code for the recruitment event:
- Female: Black knee-length skirt, white short-sleeve shirt, black shoes, and full make-up.
- Male: Trousers, white short-sleeve shirt, and black shoes.
Candidates wearing unprofessional attire such as jeans, sandals, sneakers, or espadrilles will not be accepted.
