Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Challenger variants and those with a strong Part 135 background. Ventura is seeking long-term pilots who are eager to upgrade and grow with the company.
Requirements:
- Commercial Pilot Certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- 2,000 hours total flight time
- 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must reside in the continental US
- Initial/recurrent in type within the previous 36 months (preferred)
- International experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- $100,000 base salary
- Home-based location: Crew members can reside anywhere within 2 hours of an airport in the lower 48 states.
- Flexible Schedule Options: 8/6 and 15/13 schedules are available; travel days are included in rotation.
- Company Credit Cards and Per Diem: Company credit cards are provided for hotels and rental cars. Per diem is $65 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.
- Upgrade and Advancement Opportunities: Ventura promotes growth among its crew members, offering opportunities to become company instructors, standards/IOE captains, or check airmen.
- Overtime and Holiday/Birthday/Anniversary Pay: Additional pay is provided for working extra days or on holidays.
