Essential Candidate Profile and Requirements

EASA ATPL(A) Holder: The applicant must possess a current and valid European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL(A)).

Medical Certification: Maintenance of an unrestricted EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.

Type Rating (Desirable Advantage): While applications are welcomed from all qualified individuals, preference will be given to candidates who possess a current and valid type rating for the Learjet 35 and/or Learjet 45 aircraft.

Security Clearance: Successful completion of the required German reliability background check (ZÜP) is a non-negotiable prerequisite for employment.

Mobility and Documentation: Applicants must hold an active Class B driving license and a fully valid, unrestricted passport, confirming capability for international travel.

Linguistic Proficiency: Exceptional command of German is required (minimum CEFR Level C1). Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate good conversational and technical English skills, meeting or exceeding ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
