Fitness Instructor - TUI BLUE Curaçao
TUI is seeking a vibrant and motivated Fitness Instructor to join the team at TUI BLUE Curaçao. This role involves delivering high-quality wellness experiences to an international guest base, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and engagement are maintained at all times.
Job Responsibilities

Design and lead diverse group fitness sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and exercise-to-music classes.

Facilitate wellbeing sessions tailored to guests of all ages and nationalities.

Plan and execute daytime sports, activities, and entertainment programs as required.

Maintain consistent, high-level guest interaction to ensure a superior vacation experience.

Uphold TUI standards regarding safety, service quality, and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:
Must hold a Dutch passport.

Mandatory:
Qualification in Group Fitness Training and/or an exercise-to-music certification.

Preferred:
Additional certifications in Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Autogenic Training, PMR, Calisthenics, or Animal Flow.

Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.

Demonstrated passion for sports, fitness, and wellbeing with strong personal experience.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team.

A flexible, adaptable, and resilient approach to work, with a willingness to complete in-house training and certification.
Employment Package

Net salary of 1050€ per month.
