Captain PIC - King Air 350

Position Overview
Triton Airways, LLC is seeking a professional Captain PIC to operate company-owned and managed King Air 350 aircraft. The Captain is responsible for delivering private-club-level service, ensuring a seamless, safe, and comfortable experience for all passengers. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, maintain aircraft operational readiness, and uphold the highest safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities

Pilot King Air 350 aircraft, determining flight routes, speeds, and timing to meet scheduling requirements.

Ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of all passengers throughout the flight.

Conduct pre-flight inspections, including safety checks, fuel, oil, and water levels.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to analyze and rectify aircraft discrepancies.

Exercise full command authority in flight, making consistent and expedient decisions.

Operate in compliance with domestic and international regulations, FAA-approved company procedures, and industry best practices.

Maintain accurate flight records and logs.

Ensure compliance with pilot warranty requirements, insurance policies, and licensure standards.

Stay current with all federal and local aviation regulations.
Professional Requirements

US Citizenship.

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

King Air 200/300/350 Type Rating.

Recent King Air flight experience (within the last 24 months).

Minimum of 500 hours of turbine engine flight time (PT6 series preferred).

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Valid driver’s license.

Successful completion of all FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests.

Clean safety record: No incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000

Schedule:
8/6 rotation for Lexington, KY residents; 15/13 rotation for home-based pilots.

Provided for full-time employees following a 90-day probationary period.

Benefits commence on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
