The Senior Test Pilot will develop test plans following SMS processes and complete Test Hazard Analyses. This role includes supporting test program scheduling, participating in flight test execution, and writing test reports to meet certification authority standards. The Senior Test Pilot will also contribute to writing and updating program documents, including Aircraft Flight Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.

As part of the Flight Test Operations team, the Staff Flight Test Engineer will collaborate closely with Certification, Instrumentation, Quality, Integration, and all engineering disciplines to perform developmental and certification flight tests.
The Staff Flight Test Engineer will interpret certification requirements, identify applicable industry guidance, and apply their knowledge of Wisk's complex flight control, electric propulsion, and avionics systems to determine relevant test objectives and conditions to demonstrate compliance with the certification authority. This role involves developing test procedures, data analysis methods, and writing test plans to demonstrate compliance with certification requirements.
