This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of aviation by instructing clients on advanced tiltrotor systems through comprehensive training programs.
The Bell Training Academy is dedicated to providing world-class aviation expertise and training. As a Tiltrotor Flight Instructor, the incumbent will be instrumental in educating clients on Bell aircraft, covering critical aspects such as aircraft systems, operational planning, and in-flight procedures. Instruction will be delivered utilizing a blend of classroom sessions, advanced training devices, flight simulators, and hands-on flight training across various Bell tiltrotor models.
This critical position involves serving as a V-22 Tilt Rotor / Power Lift Flight Instructor, specifically to support the Japan Foreign Military Sales Program. The role requires the instructor to be based at MCAS New River, North Carolina, to maintain currency and proficiency with U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) squadrons. Subsequently, instructors will rotate to Japan to provide expert flight instruction to Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) pilots. Instruction will encompass V-22 aircraft systems, strategic planning considerations, and dynamic flight operations, delivered through classroom instruction, simulator training, and practical aircraft instruction.
