Pilot Positions at Talon Air
Talon Air is seeking qualified Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and Second-in-Command (SIC) candidates to operate aircraft within its diverse fleet. Home-based positions are available. Most fleets operate on a 12-on/8-off rotation, with days 1 and 12 designated for travel and work.

Currently, Talon Air is hiring PICs and SICs for the following aircraft: Hawker 4000, Falcon 2000, G200, Challenger 350, Challenger 604, and GV. Captain positions are available on the GV.
Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Type rating required
- Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- Minimum 3,000 hours multi-engine land (MEL) time
- Minimum 1,500 hours MEL PIC time
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot
- Compliance with ICAO Annex I – 2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
- One year of Part 135 experience preferred
Second-in-Command (SIC) Qualifications:
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine land (MEL) time
- Jet or Turboprop experience
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot
- Compliance with ICAO Annex I – 2.1.10 pertaining to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
- One year of Part 135 experience preferred
- Type rating not required
