Position Overview: First Officer

TUI Airline is seeking a professional First Officer to join its dynamic pilot team. This role carries significant responsibilities, supported by active mentoring from experienced Captains to facilitate career progression. The position offers various roles beyond flight operations, providing opportunities for professional development and defined career advancement within the TUI Group.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Valid B737 type rating with completed base training.
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.
  • Successful completion of aviation security background checks and compliance with all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Ability to report to the designated main base within 120 minutes while on standby duty.
  • Availability to work a varied roster with no fixed pattern; please note that commuting contracts are not available.
