Position Overview

As a First Officer at TUI Airline, you will hold significant operational responsibilities. You will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to support your career progression. Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Valid B737 type rating with completed base training.
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.
  • Ability to successfully pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Capability to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby duty.
  • Acknowledgment that the roster varies significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not offered.
