About the Role

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 in accordance with FCL.730.A, requiring a minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane (CS-25 or equivalent) or a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane (minimum 10 tonnes MTOM or 19+ passenger seating).
  • Possession of an MCC and AUPRT certificate.
  • Valid ME/IR and EASA Medical Class 1.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.
  • Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Ability to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby duty.
  • Acknowledgement that the roster varies significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not available.
