Candidate Requirements

Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.

Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 in accordance with FCL.730.A, requiring a minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane (CS-25 or equivalent) or a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane (minimum 10 tonnes MTOM or 19+ passenger seating).

Possession of an MCC and AUPRT certificate.

Valid ME/IR and EASA Medical Class 1.

Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.

Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.

Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.

Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.

Ability to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby duty.

Acknowledgement that the roster varies significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not available.
