About the Role

As a First Officer at TUI, the successful candidate will assume significant responsibilities while receiving active mentoring from experienced Captains to support professional growth. Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
  • Eligibility for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 if not currently type-rated, in accordance with FCL.730.A (requires minimum 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane certificated to CS-25 or equivalent, or on a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane with a maximum certificated take-off mass of at least 10 tonnes or a seating configuration exceeding 19 passengers).
  • Valid MCC and AUPRT certificates.
  • Valid ME/IR.
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1.
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
  • Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from the training start date.
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions.
  • Must successfully pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance.
  • Ability to report to the main base within 120 minutes while on standby duty.
  • Acknowledgment that the roster varies significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not offered.
