Key Requirements for Flight Crew Candidates:
- Type Rating: A B787 type rating is not a mandatory prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Flight Time Qualifications: Candidates are eligible for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B787, in accordance with FCL.730.A, provided they have completed a minimum of 500 flight hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane certified to CS-25 standards or equivalent, or on a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane with a maximum certificated take-off mass of not less than 10 tonnes or a passenger seating configuration exceeding 19 seats.
- Required Licenses: A Frozen ATPL, Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsement are essential.
- License Issuing Authority: Applicants must hold an EASA-issued license.
- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 5 or above is necessary.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for these positions.
- Additional Prerequisites: Candidates must possess a valid passport, be able to successfully pass rigorous aviation security background checks, meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance, and be capable of reporting to their assigned base within 60 minutes when on standby duty.
