Application process
After you have subitted your complete application with all necessary documents attached and your documents have been reviewed and checked positively you will be invited to a video interview. If you can convince on this video interview you will be invited to one of our assessment days in Bangkok at the end of March 2023. The basic training will take place in Summer 2023.

Tasks
As a cabin crew member, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of our guests. Together with the Zürich based crew, you look after our guests on board in the spirit of Swiss and Thai hospitality on our routes from Zürich to Bangkok.
Your duties

You carry out the safety and security regulations according to international guidelines

You execute the various service processes in accordance with SWISS standards and quality specifications

You promote the sale of exclusive duty-free items on board

You prepare meals and carry out the service for our passengers in both economy and business class

You organize service processes in the galley and prepare the aircraft cabin
-
You will act as an ambassador providing the highest standards of both Thai and Swiss hospitality
