Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers throughout the flight. Key duties include:
- Thoroughly preparing for each flight assignment by reviewing necessary documentation and briefings.
- Preparing the aircraft cabin to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Strictly adhering to and implementing international safety regulations.
- Executing service procedures confidently while maintaining the airline's high-quality standards.
- Conducting the sale of exclusive duty-free items.
- Skillfully preparing and coordinating meal services for guests from the onboard galley.
- Promoting the 'SWISS Saveurs' catering products to Economy Class passengers on European flights.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria and submit the specified documents.

- Employment certificates or confirmations covering the last 5 years
Essential Criteria for Cabin Crew Members:
- Possession of a Swiss or EU passport.
- Minimum age of 18 years at the start of training, with no upper age limit.
- Minimum height of 155 cm.
- Completion of a three-year vocational training program or possession of a higher school leaving certificate (e.g., Matura).
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English languages. Additional language skills are considered advantageous.
- Ability to swim.
- Demonstrated conscientious personality with a willingness to work irregular hours.
- Maintaining good health and resilience.
- Possessing a well-groomed appearance, free from tattoos on the face, ears, or extensive areas of the hands.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland, including COVID-19 and Yellow Fever.
- Completion of basic military training, if applicable.
- Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes when assigned standby duty.
- Courses are scheduled to start continuously from Autumn 2025.
