Responsibilities:
As the face of SWISS hospitality, the Cabin Crew Member assumes significant responsibility onboard. In this multifaceted role, the individual represents SWISS to the world by:
- Thoroughly preparing for each flight assignment.
- Ensuring the aircraft cabin provides a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.
- Upholding safety regulations in accordance with international guidelines.
- Executing service procedures with confidence and adhering to SWISS quality standards, including the sale of duty-free items.
- Preparing meals and assisting with service preparation in the galley.
- Promoting "SWISS Saveurs" products to Economy Class passengers on European flights.

Requirements:

Candidates for Cabin Crew positions should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a Swiss or EU passport.
- Minimum age of 18 years at the start of training, with no upper age limit.
- Minimum height of 155 cm.
- Completion of a three-year vocational training program or higher education (e.g., Matura).
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Swimming proficiency.
- A conscientious personality with a willingness to work irregular hours.
- Good health and resilience.
- Well-groomed appearance. Tattoos on the face, ears, or large areas of the hands are not permitted.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19 and yellow fever).
- Completion of basic military training, if applicable.
- Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes during on-call duty.
Courses: Starting continuously from Summer 2025.
