Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly prepares for each flight assignment.
- Prepares the aircraft cabin to ensure guests feel welcome.
- Responsible for implementing safety regulations according to international guidelines.
- Executes service procedures with confidence, adhering to SWISS quality standards, including the sale of exclusive duty-free items.
- Skillfully prepares meals and service in the galley.
- Promotes "SWISS Saveurs" products to Economy Class passengers on European flights.

To qualify for the Cabin Crew Member position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Swiss or EU Passport
- Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training, with no upper age limit.
- Minimum height: 155 cm
- Completed three-year vocational training or higher education (e.g., Matura).
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Swimming proficiency.
- Conscientious personality with willingness to work irregular hours.
- Good health and resilience.
- Well-groomed appearance. Tattoos on the face, ears, or extensively on the hands are not permitted.
- Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19 and yellow fever).
- Completed basic military training, if applicable.
- Ability to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes for reserve duty.
- Courses commencing from Summer 2025.
