Job Summary
As Haute Aviation continues its fleet expansion, we are seeking a highly professional VIP Flight Attendant to join a new crew set for our Global XRS operation. Based in Payerne (LSMP), this role offers an exceptional opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic team dedicated to providing premium service within European business aviation.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure cabin safety and strict compliance with all operational procedures.

Deliver discreet, five-star VIP service tailored to passenger preferences.

Manage comprehensive catering planning, ordering, and impeccable onboard presentation.

Execute full cabin preparation and management before, during, and after all flights.

Oversee inventory management, including meticulous stock control and replenishment.

Maintain the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and aesthetic presentation.

Coordinate closely and effectively with the flight crew and ground operations teams.
Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business aviation.

A background in First Class airline service or high-end hospitality is considered an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and across diverse time zones.

Proficiency in arranging sophisticated catering with various restaurants and hotels.

Capability to independently create simple plates and welcoming snacks.

Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.

Flexible and available for irregular duty schedules.

Comfortable working with high-expectation clientele.

Minimum age of 25 years.

Possession of a valid Swiss or EU/EAA passport.

Willingness to work a 17/13 duty pattern.
