First Officer Pilot Job Description

Minimum Requirements
Flight Experience
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 2000 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 500 hours.
- Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Time: A minimum of 250 hours.
- Type Rating: Not required; comprehensive type rating training will be provided by St Barth Executive upon successful selection.
Licenses & Certifications
- License Type: Valid EASA Frozen ATPL.
- Ratings: Current Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) certificate.
- Medical Certificate: Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Language Proficiency
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): ICAO Level 4 or higher.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English and French is essential for effective communication within our operational environment.
Additional Qualifications & Attributes
- Accreditation: Possession of GSAR accreditation.
- Driving License: Valid European Driving License (Category B).
- Right to Work: Legal right of residence and work within European territory is mandatory. Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
- Company Assessment: Ability to successfully pass all theoretical and practical entry tests mandated by St Barth Executive.
