Minimum Professional Requirements and Experience
Prospective candidates must meet or exceed the following mandatory flight experience thresholds:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1,750 hours.
- Multi-Engine Flight Time: A minimum of 750 hours.
- Turbine Flight Time: A minimum of 750 hours.
- Specific Multi-Engine Requirement: At least 750 multi-engine hours accrued on turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft. (Equivalent experience may be considered at the discretion of the Director of Flight Operations (DFO)).
- Type Rating: While a valid Type Rating for the relevant aircraft is preferred, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided by AIS Airlines.
Licensing, Certification, and Documentation
The successful candidate must hold and maintain the following official qualifications and documents:
- License Requirement: Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME).
- License Authority: Candidates must possess an active EASA License.
- Medical Certification: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher.
- Right to Work: The candidate must possess the unrestricted right to work and live within the European Union (EU).
- Visa Sponsorship: AIS Airlines does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- Mandatory Documents: A valid Driver’s License, a valid Passport, and a valid security background check are required.
