Requirements

Possession of an ATPL issued by the CAASL.

A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

A minimum of 3000 hours of total flying time.

A minimum of 500 hours of flying time on Turbine/Jet Aircraft.

A Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree from a university recognized and certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka.

Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.

Maximum age of 45 years as of 21st September 2026.

Proficiency in English language.

Exposure to information technology.

Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications

ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) from CAASL.
