About the Role
SriLankan Airlines, the national flag carrier of Sri Lanka, is seeking Direct Entry First Officers to join its A320 and A330 fleet, operating from Katunayake, Sri Lanka. This initial one-year fixed-term contract offers potential for permanent employment contingent upon satisfactory performance. This exciting opportunity is exclusively available to Sri Lankan citizens.
Requirements

Direct Entry First Officer position requiring current A320 or A330 type endorsements.

Possession of a current ATPL recognized by CAASL with Instrument Rating (IR).

Valid and current Type Rating for the A320 or A330.

Minimum of 2000 total flying hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kg (e.g., A320 or equivalent jet aircraft).

A minimum of 500 hours as First Officer (P2) on type (A320 or A330) or a combined total on both A320 and A330.

Current Class 1 Medical Certificate and Licence, issued by a single aviation authority.

ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.

Eligibility is restricted to Sri Lankan citizens only.
Qualifications
