About the Role

SriLankan Airlines, the national carrier of Sri Lanka, is seeking experienced First Officers to join its dynamic and expanding team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to operate on the A320 and A330 aircraft fleets, flying as a global ambassador for Sri Lanka. Initial appointments are for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for absorption into the permanent cadre based on satisfactory performance.

Requirements

• Direct Entry First Officers with A320 or A330 Type Endorsements.
• Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with Instrument Rating (IR).
• Current Type Rating for the A320 or A330.
• A minimum of 2000 total flying hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kilograms (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent or higher).
• A minimum of 500 hours as a First Officer (P2) on type (A320 or A330) or a combination of A320 and A330.
• Current License and Class 1 Medical Certificate issued under one Authority.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
