Job Summary
This position offers an initial one-year fixed-term contract with the potential for absorption into the permanent cadre based on satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate as a First Officer on A320/A330 aircraft, adhering to the highest standards of aviation safety and professionalism.
Serve as a global ambassador for Sri Lanka, embodying its hospitality and cultural richness for international travelers.
Requirements
- Direct entry First Officer with A320 or A330 type endorsement.
- Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with Instrument Rating (IR).
- Current A320 or A330 type rating.
- Minimum of 2,000 total flying hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kilograms (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent or higher).
- Minimum of 500 Pilot-in-Command (P2) hours on type (A320 or A330) or a combination of A320 and A330.
- Valid License and Class 1 Medical Certificate issued under one authority.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
Eligibility
- Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
