Description:
SpiritJets is a growing aircraft charter management company based out of Spirit of St. Louis (KSUS) in Chesterfield, MO. We are seeking qualified Pilot in Command candidates for our managed Challenger 350 Fleet. This position is St. Louis based and will require pilots to live within 1.5 hrs. of Chesterfield, MO. This will be a 3 – 4 pilot account with a healthy blend of part 91 and part 135 flying.
Responsibilities:

Safe, Efficient, and Comfortable operation of the Aircraft
* Knowledge & Compliance with all regulatory governance including company SOP, GOM, & Op Specs
* Tracking of Aircraft Binder
* Clean and standard appearance of the aircraft
* Coordinating client-requested stock for the aircraft
* Occasional crewing duties to help source coverage for assigned crew PTO
* Other Tasks/Duties as assigned by company Chief Pilot or Director of Operations
Education:
College Degree Preferred (Not Required)
PIC Minimum Requirements:
*Total flight time: 3000 hours
* Time in Type: 150 hours (300 time also counts toward this)
* Pilot in Command: 1500 hours
* Jet: 1500 hours
* Instrument: 300 hours
* ATP* First Class Medical
Preferred Experience:
* Total flight time: 4000 hours
* Time in Type: 300 hours
* Turbine Pilot in Command: 1500 hours
* 350 differences (if applicable)
Schedule:
* 9 on / 4 off
* 80% of flying is day trips
* Average of 18 days/mo. at home
Pay/Benefits:
* Starting Salary $180,000/yr.

Compensation: $180,000.00 per year
