Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Flight Attendant for a Gulfstream G650ER operation based in San Jose, California. This role focuses on delivering premium passenger service alongside comprehensive cabin safety responsibilities, including emergency response, first aid, cabin securing, pre-flight briefings, and ensuring passenger comfort.

About the Role

The Flight Attendant will provide an exceptional level of service while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight. Responsibilities include directing and assisting passengers during emergencies, administering basic first aid, securing the cabin pre-flight, reassuring passengers during turbulence, and conducting pre-flight briefings. The role also involves confirming adequate supplies onboard, shopping for requested items, maintaining cabin cleanliness and organization, completing flight paperwork, and operating aircraft audio and video systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate flight attendant experience.
• Substantial culinary skills and specific culinary training.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• First Aid Training Certification.
• Technological proficiency.
• Flexibility and patience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing schedules, late-night flights, short-notice standby assignments, and worldwide travel for up to 16 consecutive days.
• Proficiency in operating the Cabin Management System, galley equipment, and cabin features including berthing seats and divan-bed configuration.
• Correctable vision of 20/20 or better.
• Clear speech and adequate hearing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work long hours in varied climates, kneel and maneuver in confined spaces, operate the main cabin door (up to 130 pounds), and repeatedly lift approximately 25-30 pounds.
• Willingness to complete annual recurrent training.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Formal flight attendant training (initial training must be completed before assignment if not already held).
• Advanced culinary training.
• FlightSafety, FACTS, or similar flight attendant training certifications.
• Recent completion of flight attendant training.
• A college degree.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages.
• Experience with young children.
