Solairus Aviation | Falcon 7X Captain

Solairus Aviation is seeking a qualified Falcon 7X Captain for a full-time position based at the Monterey Regional Airport (KMRY) in Monterey, California. This role requires a dedicated and professional individual committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and integrity in private aviation operations.

About the Role

The Falcon 7X Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Falcon 7X aircraft. This includes conducting pre-flight inspections, meticulously reviewing aircraft maintenance status, and ensuring thorough pre-flight planning, including weather and facility assessments. The Captain will also be responsible for the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft, adhering strictly to Solairus Aviation policies and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Accurate completion of all trip paperwork is also a key duty.

Requirements

• Total Flight Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) PIC Time: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Qualifications

• Type rating on the Falcon 7X or a comparable aircraft type.
• Valid first-class medical certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis.
• Willingness and ability to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Must reside within a two-hour drive of KMRY or be willing to relocate.
