Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Falcon 7X Captain for a managed business-jet operation based in Monterey, California. The Pilot-in-Command will ensure the safe and professional operation of the Falcon 7X aircraft, meeting client travel needs while upholding the company's values of safety, service, and integrity.

About the Role

The Captain serves as the Pilot-in-Command for the Falcon 7X, responsible for the safe and prudent operation of all flights. Responsibilities include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, performing pre-flight inspections, thoroughly checking weather and flight routes, ensuring compliance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations, prioritizing the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew, and completing all required trip paperwork accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL) experience.
• Minimum of 500 hours MEL PIC time.
• Minimum of 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• Minimum of 250 hours instrument time.
• Must be type-rated on the Falcon 7X or a comparable aircraft.
• Must hold a current First Class medical certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Must complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of Monterey Regional Airport (KMRY) or be willing to relocate.
