Global 5000 Captain
Solairus Aviation seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Global 5000 Captain to join its dynamic team, operating out of KOXC airport. Essential Responsibilities:
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Global 5000 aircraft. This encompasses:
- Ensuring the safe operation of the Global 5000 aircraft.
- Conducting flights prudently and safely, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies, including:
- Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
- Performing thorough pre-flight inspections according to the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
- Conducting comprehensive checks of weather conditions and available facilities along the intended route and at all designated airports, including alternate landing sites.
- Ensuring all flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation's policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Prioritizing the safety of all passengers, crew members, and the aircraft.
- Accurately completing all required trip paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Total flight time: 3000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
- MEL PIC time: 500 hours
- Turbo Jet time: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications/Certifications:
- Must hold a valid Global 5000 type rating or a comparable aircraft type rating.
- Must possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
- Must complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
- Must reside within a 2-hour driving distance from KOXC or be willing to relocate.
Compensation:
Solairus Aviation offers a competitive salary, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, commensurate with experience, geographic location, aircraft type, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
