Siam Seaplane | C208 Captain
Siam Seaplane and Santai Seaplane are seeking experienced Seaplane Pilots to serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Cessna 208EX amphibian aircraft. Positions are available in Thailand (Bangkok and Phuket/Krabi area) and Indonesia (Bali), with direct entry opportunities.
About the Role
This is a full-time Seaplane Pilot in Command position, responsible for conducting premium flight services safely and in accordance with company policies. The PIC will operate the C208EX amphibian aircraft and perform other assigned duties. Two short-term PIC positions are available, with selection commencing in September and continuing through the end of 2026.
Requirements
- Valid Cessna SET C208 rating.
- Last flight on type within the preceding 12 months.
- Minimum of 2,000 flight hours total time.
- At least 500 hours on the C208 or an equivalent single-engine turbine aircraft.
- 1,000 hours of water experience, including time on 208 amphibians.
- Valid ATPL, CPL, or equivalent pilot license.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Valid instrument rating.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5.
Qualifications
- FI, FE, CRI, or CRE qualifications are advantageous.
- Holding an FAA or EASA license is an advantage.
- Other single-engine turbine ratings are beneficial.
- Experience on various amphibious seaplanes is considered an advantage.
