Aviation professionals are invited to apply for a Pilot position located in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania. This full-time, on-site role is a result of company growth and offers a comprehensive relocation package. The schedule is consistently Monday to Friday, with 2-3 flying days per week, and ensures the pilot is home each evening. All flight operations are conducted with a two-pilot crew, emphasizing safety and teamwork. Candidates must reside within one hour of the terminal to be considered.

Job Description

The Pilot will conduct safe flight operations, assuming final authority as Pilot In Command (PIC or Captain) when assigned. This position also encompasses various non-flying duties to support the Aviation Department's goals and maintain a Total Customer Focus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Pilot In Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) on assigned flights, adhering to Federal, State, Local, and international regulations, as well as company policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Complete regular training and maintain proficiency in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, insurance requirements, and company policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, demonstrating a Total Customer Focus.
  • Ensure all necessary record-keeping and paperwork are completed as required by company policy.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks, which may include updating databases, conducting flight checks, performing pilot orientations/training, and overseeing safety management.
  • Assist in the cleaning, provisioning, fueling, and ground handling of company aircraft.

Qualifications

Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience will be considered.

  • Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of four years as Pilot In Command in a crew environment is required. Previous experience operating multi-engine turbine aircraft is preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings and limitations, or equivalent experience is required.
    • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit or higher is required.
    • Must maintain a current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher.
    • A current passport is required, or the ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
    • 3,000 hours total flight time is required, with 1,500 PIC hours in Turbine/Multi-Engine aircraft preferred.
    • 500 hours in Make/Model is preferred.
    • B300 type rating - King Air preferred, must be able to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
  • Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with general office equipment.
