Seminole Hard Rock | G-V Pilot

This role is for a Pilot with the Aviation Department at Seminole Hard Rock, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Pilot will be responsible for overseeing all aircraft operations, ensuring flight safety, and transporting passengers domestically and internationally, operating various aircraft as assigned.

About the Role

• Responsible for the safe conduct of Part 91/135 domestic and international flights.
• Perform Pilot in Command (PIC) duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare and review flight plans and ensure aircraft performance parameters are within tolerances.
• Review Flight Risk Assessments and determine proper mitigation strategies.
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and assisting in mitigating safety-related issues.
• Comply with schedules and directives governing aircraft operation and maintenance.
• Provide professional and exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous, respectful, and ethical behavior.
• Exhibit a calm, composed, and confident demeanor in operational environments.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and accountability.
• Support a safety-focused, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Maintain a First-Class Medical Certificate.
• 3000 hours Total Time Fixed Wing.
• 1500 hours PIC time.
• 1000 hours Total Jet Time.
• G-280 or G-550 Type Rating is advantageous.
• Accident-free history and a clean FAA record with no pending investigations.
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis (2 hours' notice).
• Primary residence within a 1-hour drive of FLL or willingness to relocate.
• Maintain a Valid Passport.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic tablet skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug and criminal history records check.
• Must participate in the FAA DOT drug and alcohol program.
• Ability to read and comprehend guidance from required manuals.
• Valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit.
• No restrictions on operating aircraft internationally under both Part 91 and Part 135.
• Required training and successful completion in simulator and actual aircraft.
• Able to pass a 135 Check ride and maintain 135 PIC Qualifications.
• Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and days.
