Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an experienced pilot to oversee all aircraft operations within the Aviation Department. This role involves supervising and scheduling pilots, performing administrative duties, and operating aircraft for domestic and international passenger transport. The position also includes conducting maintenance testing and other assigned missions, reporting to the Chief Airplane Pilot.
About the Role

Responsible for the safe conduct of Part 91/135 domestic and international flights, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and ICAO regulations.

Perform Pilot in Command (PIC) duties and responsibilities, including simulator and actual aircraft training, and passing the 135 Check ride.

Prepare and review flight plans, ensuring aircraft performance parameters are within tolerances.

Review Flight Risk Assessments and implement proper mitigation strategies.

Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and assisting in the mitigation of safety-related issues.

Comply with schedules and directives governing aircraft operations and maintenance, taking direction from the Seminole Hard Rock Aviation Team.

Requirements

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Maintain a First-Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 3000 hours total time fixed-wing.

Minimum 1500 hours PIC time.

Minimum 1000 hours total jet time.

G-280 or G-550 Type Rating is advantageous.

Accident-free history and clean FAA record with no pending investigations.

Must be able to work on an on-call basis (2 hours call out).

Primary residence within a 1-hour drive of FLL or willingness to relocate.

Maintain a Valid Passport.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and electronic tablet proficiency.

Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug and criminal history records check, and participate in the FAA DOT drug and alcohol program.

Ability to read and comprehend required manuals.

Valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit.

No restrictions on operating the aircraft internationally under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
