Flight Instructor Position

We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our flight training team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional instructional capabilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and education.

Key Requirements

• Possession of a Transport Canada (TC) Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL-A).
• Valid Class 1 Flight Instructor Rating.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Language competency in accordance with all Transport Canada regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following experience are encouraged to apply:

• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
• Completion of an Integrated ATPL program.
• Prior experience in multi-IFR operations and flight instruction.
• Background in training and supervising flight instructors.
• Previous teaching experience within a postsecondary educational environment.
• Experience providing instruction specifically within an integrated ATPL program.
