Flight Instructor Position
We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our flight training team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional instructional capabilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and education.
Key Requirements

Possession of a Transport Canada (TC) Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL-A).

Valid Class 1 Flight Instructor Rating.

Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and interpersonal communication.

Language competency in accordance with all Transport Canada regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
While not mandatory, candidates possessing the following experience are encouraged to apply:

Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.

Completion of an Integrated ATPL program.

Prior experience in multi-IFR operations and flight instruction.

Background in training and supervising flight instructors.

Previous teaching experience within a postsecondary educational environment.

Experience providing instruction specifically within an integrated ATPL program.
