Job Description:

Scoot Cabin Crew members ("Scootees") are responsible for ensuring passenger safety and delivering an exceptional onboard experience. This encompasses maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere while adhering to rigorous safety protocols at all altitudes. Scootees work collaboratively as a team to provide attentive and efficient service. The role necessitates a thorough understanding of all safety procedures and a commitment to delivering memorable travel experiences for all passengers.

This position offers a competitive monthly gross salary and unlimited staff travel perks for employees and their families, enabling them to explore the world at a significantly reduced cost. A completion bonus is also awarded upon successful completion of each contract, along with an annual variable bonus. An initial two-year contract is offered, with potential for contract renewals based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing passenger safety throughout the flight.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive onboard environment.
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures, inflight services, and emergency protocols.
• Contributing to a vibrant and memorable passenger experience.

Training Program:

A comprehensive two-month training program prepares new recruits for their duties. This program covers:

• Safety and emergency procedures.
• Door operation.
• Fire fighting techniques.
• First aid.
• Professional grooming standards.
• Scoot's unique brand of hospitality ("Scootitude").
• Passenger handling and communication.
• In-flight sales procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Minimum height: (specified in application).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness and commitment to a compulsory service bond.
• Fluency in (specified in application).
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
