First Officer - A320/E190
This exciting opportunity invites individuals with a passion for aviation to join our dynamic team as a First Officer. Successful candidates will contribute to our commitment to safe and efficient operations within our A320/E190 fleet.
Essential Requirements:
- Flight Time: A minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time on aeroplanes with a Maximum Take-Off Mass (MTMA) of 5,700 kg or more.
- Licensing: Hold a valid Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO CPL(A)/ATPL(A). Foreign ATPL holders will be required to undergo licence conversion, which includes an instrument rating and a proficiency check with a minimum of 6 months' validity.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to speak and understand English at a minimum ICAO Level 4 proficiency.
- Vaccination: Fulfillment of all vaccination requirements mandated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).

Training and Development:
- Type Rating: Successful candidates may be provided with training to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet, where applicable.
- Co-Payment and Bond: Candidates receiving type rating training will be subject to a co-payment of training costs and will be required to enter a training bond.
Selection Process:
- Online Aptitude Tests: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests.
- Assessment Centre: Successful candidates from the online assessment stage will be invited to an Assessment Centre in Singapore. This centre will consist of both group stages and individual interviews.
- Simulator and MMPI Assessment: Following the Assessment Centre, successful candidates will participate in a Simulator Assessment and MMPI Assessment over a two-day period.
