Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate cabin crew via distance leadership, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.

Champion work environment initiatives to promote staff well-being and a positive company culture.

Act as a key stakeholder, collaborating with planning, commercial, and people functions to ensure seamless operations.

Translate strategic goals into daily standards and procedures within a dynamic operational environment.

Monitor local KPIs, including absence management, customer feedback analysis, and engagement action plans, while participating in the "jour-phone" rotation.

Full-time with a 6-month probation period.

Mandatory work permit in Denmark and successful completion of a security clearance.
