About the Role

SAS is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Pilot Recruitment team, based in Denmark. This role is crucial in attracting and hiring exceptional pilot talent to shape the future workforce of Scandinavia's leading airline. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for pilots, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities for pilot hiring across SAS.
  • Screen applications and conduct pre-selection interviews via phone and video.
  • Participate in pilot assessment days and conduct interviews alongside pilot recruitment assessors.
  • Ensure a professional, engaging, and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, reporting, and candidate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with pilot recruitment assessors, People Partners, hiring leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and assessment methodologies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future pilot hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or talent sourcing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while maintaining pace and flexibility.
  • A proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting pilots or working within the aviation industry.
  • Danish or another Scandinavian language.
