## Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead at SAS
SAS is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead to oversee and develop the pilot recruitment function across all SAS Air Operator Certificates (AOCs). This leadership role is based in Denmark, Stockholm, or Oslo, and involves managing the end-to-end pilot recruitment process to ensure operational excellence and a superior candidate experience.
## About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead will shape and execute SAS's pilot recruitment strategy, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and adapting to evolving business needs. This position requires leading operational pilot recruitment projects, driving continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems, and establishing key performance indicators to monitor metrics such as conversion rates and candidate experience. The role also involves coaching and developing a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and defining and executing attraction strategies to strengthen the SAS employer brand and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified pilot candidates. ## Requirements
* Higher education qualifications.
* Experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
* Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a complex business environment.
* Experience developing international sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
* Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, with a preference for SuccessFactors.
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
* Experience with recruitment metrics and data-driven improvement initiatives.
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
* Ability and willingness to travel as required.
