Talent Acquisition Partner - Pilot Recruitment
SAS, a leading aviation company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Frontline Recruitment team, focused on hiring pilots. This role, based in Denmark, will contribute significantly to the company's mission of recruiting exceptional talent and ensuring world-class service.
About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting highly skilled pilots for SAS. Working closely with colleagues across Sweden and Norway, the successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial screening to assessment day participation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Selection: Screen resumes and conduct pre-selection calls/video interviews to assess candidate suitability against defined job criteria.
- Assessment Day Participation: Conduct interviews and participate in assessment days, collaborating with pilot recruitment assessors.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and memorable candidate experience.
- Recruitment Data Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of all recruitment data.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, including People Partners, pilot recruitment assessors, and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Promote SAS's brand and culture through various recruitment channels and events, engaging with potential candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in pilot or high-volume recruitment, with aviation experience considered an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing a high volume of candidates and coordinating multiple assessment days.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and other departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and support assessment days, including occasional non-traditional work hours.
