About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in the full-cycle recruitment of pilots, from initial screening to final selection. The role will require presence at pilot assessment days, and occasional travel throughout Denmark and Scandinavia. This position is crucial in upholding SAS's stringent standards of safety and professionalism. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with colleagues in both Sweden and Norway, contributing to a unified and effective recruiting strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Selection: The Talent Acquisition Partner will screen resumes and conduct initial video interviews to evaluate candidates against established job criteria.
- Assessment Days: This position requires active attendance at assessment days, conducting interviews in collaboration with pilot recruitment assessors.
- Candidate Communication: Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication during every step of the recruitment process.
- Administration: Meticulous management of recruitment data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and generating comprehensive reports.
- Collaboration: A collaborative approach to working with all stakeholders, including People Partners and pilot recruitment assessors, with a focus on the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an ambassador for the SAS brand, engaging with candidates through various channels and recruitment events to promote the company culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in pilot or high-volume recruitment. Aviation experience is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates and coordinate multiple assessment days.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience with a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and various departments.
- Flexibility: A willingness to travel and support assessment days, sometimes outside of regular hours.
