Cabin Crew - Copenhagen

SAS is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew, based at Copenhagen Airport Kastrup. The Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring the safety, punctuality, service, and sales onboard SAS flights, contributing to a positive travel experience for Scandinavia’s most frequent travelers.

SAS offers both permanent positions and employment in 80%, providing full-time employment with competitive conditions in a social, fast-paced, and exciting work environment. Development opportunities are available for those who aspire to grow within the Cabin Crew role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Height between 160 cm and 190 cm.
• Completed education to a minimum level of high school.
• Excellent English skills (Berlitz level B2 / gymnasium minimum grade B).
• Good physical and mental health, as well as good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections).
• Must be able to pass health certification, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong swimming skills.
• Able to comply with uniform regulations.
• Valid EU passport allowing free travel worldwide.
• Eligible to live and work permanently in Denmark.
• Clean criminal record from all countries resided in and willingness to undergo a 5-year personal background check at the time of employment.

Requirements for Experienced Crew:

• Valid EASA Attestation (flown a minimum of 12 months continuously within the last 4 years).
• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
• Previous experience as a senior cabin crew member is considered an advantage.

Security Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon an approved medical certificate, a successful background check for access cards, completion and passing of required courses, and meeting all company requirements for cabin crew. Candidates must also complete and pass drug and alcohol tests (blood and urine samples) prior to the course start date. These tests include CDT (carbohydrate-deficient transferrin) and PEth-testing (phosphatidylethanol), specific markers for risky alcohol consumption, as well as tests for narcotic substances.

Due to the location of premises and work within the airport’s security-related area, candidates must possess an exhaustive police certificate/clean record and be approved by aviation authorities.
