SAS Cabin Crew - Copenhagen Airport Kastrup

SAS is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew at Copenhagen Airport Kastrup. The Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring the safety, punctuality, and service excellence on board SAS flights, while also contributing to onboard sales. SAS offers both permanent and 80% employment positions. This role offers full-time employment, competitive conditions, and a social, fast-paced, and exciting work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Height must be between 160 cm and 190 cm.
• Must have completed education to a minimum level of high school.
• Must possess excellent English skills (Berlitz level B2 / gymnasium Min. B).
• Must be in good physical and mental health, with good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections).
• Must be able to obtain health approval for certification, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Must possess strong swimming skills.
• Must be able to comply with uniform regulations.
• Must possess a valid EU passport allowing free travel worldwide.
• Must be eligible to live and work permanently in Denmark.
• Must have a clean criminal record (from all countries resided) and be willing to undergo a personal 5-year background check at the time of employment.

For Experienced Crew:

• Must possess a valid EASA Attestation (flown a minimum of 12 months continuously within the last 4 years).
• Must possess a valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
• Previous experience as a senior cabin crew member is considered an advantage.

Security Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon obtaining an approved medical certificate, passing a background check for access cards, completing and passing required courses, and meeting all company requirements for cabin crew. Candidates must also complete and pass drug and alcohol tests (blood and urine samples) prior to the start of the course. The alcohol tests include CDT (carbohydrate-deficient transferrin) and PEth-testing (phosphatidylethanol), which are specific markers for risky alcohol consumption or overconsumption of alcohol over time. The drug test measures the use of narcotic substances.

Because the work environment is located within the airport’s security-related area, candidates must possess an exhaustive police certificate/clean record and be approved by aviation authorities.
