The Role of the ATR Captain

The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the highest safety, operational, and customer service standards across the airline’s expansive network. The Captain is entrusted with leading the flight crew, meticulously managing all facets of complex flight operations, and serving as a key ambassador for SKY express’s core values of professionalism and reliability.

Minimum Pilot Requirements

The applicant must satisfy the following mandatory technical and administrative requirements:

• Hold an active EASA ATPL(A) license.
• Possess a valid ATR 42 or ATR 72 Type Rating, or have successfully completed the D course.
• A minimum of 3,000 total flying hours experience.
• A minimum of 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours flown specifically on the ATR type.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement of Level 4 or higher.
• Demonstrated fluency in both oral and written English communication.
• The most recent flight on type must be within the preceding 12 months.
• The applicant must provide an official no-incident/no-accident certificate issued by a relevant authority or previous employer.
• Unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
• A clear criminal record is mandatory.
• Proficiency and literacy in modern IT systems and technology.
