Role Overview

SC Aviation is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Hawker Captain. The Captain will be responsible for commanding Hawker aircraft, leading a team of dedicated aviation professionals, and providing exceptional service to esteemed clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient, and luxurious flights, demanding superior expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Flight Operations: Safely and efficiently command Hawker aircraft in accordance with all aviation regulations and company operational standards.
• Client Experience: Deliver superior in-flight experiences, prioritizing passenger comfort, satisfaction, and privacy.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain stringent adherence to all aviation regulations, company policies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of operational safety.
• Flight Planning: Collaborate effectively with flight operations and dispatch teams to plan optimal routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory updates to foster ongoing professional development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
  • 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in multi-engine turbine or corporate jet aircraft.
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.
  • Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • HS-125 type rating is highly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated exceptional piloting proficiency, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possessing a profound passion for aviation and an unwavering commitment to safety.
• Location: Must reside within 90 miles of Janesville, Wisconsin (JVL).
