Reynolds Jet, a private aircraft management and on-demand jet charter operator, is seeking a qualified Second in Command (SIC) for its Hawker 800XP (BE800XP) aircraft based at Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (LUK). This role operates within a three-person crew, supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 operations, and reports administratively to the Chief Pilot and operationally to the Pilot in Command (PIC).
The Second in Command is responsible for supporting and complying with all Reynolds Jet Safety and Quality Standards. The SIC provides operational support to the PIC on all flights, performing assigned flight duties and assisting in the overall management of the flight. Key responsibilities include flying the aircraft under the PIC's direction, performing takeoffs and landings as authorized by the PIC, and assuming the authority to act in the PIC's absence. The position also involves proactive participation in the Safety Management System, knowledge acquisition of PIC duties, and maintaining comprehensive understanding of all relevant operational manuals and regulations.
