Cabin Crew Manager - Copenhagen Base
SAS is seeking a dedicated Cabin Crew Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. This key leadership role is integral to our Scandinavia-based operations, focusing on safe, sustainable, and punctual service. As a first-line leader, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Cabin Crew and collaborate with colleagues in Oslo and Stockholm to drive operational excellence.
About the Role
The Cabin Crew Manager acts as a vital link between corporate and operational teams, fostering a culture centered on inspiration, collaboration, accountability, recognition, and execution. The primary mission is to lead and motivate cabin crew members, ensuring they thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate cabin crew through distance leadership to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.

Champion work environment initiatives to promote staff well-being and a positive corporate culture.

Collaborate with planning, commercial, and human resources departments to ensure smooth, cross-functional operations.

Translate strategic organizational goals into daily operational procedures.

Manage local KPIs, including absence tracking, customer feedback analysis, and engagement action plans.

Participate in the rotational "jour-phone" support system.

Foster a "can-do" mindset and provide recognition for team contributions.
Requirements

Fluent proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
