Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA)

SAS Crew Training is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) to join its growing department. This role provides crucial administrative and operational support to the Cabin Crew Training team, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs across SAS AOCs (Connect, Link, and Scandinavia). The position is offered on a one-year contract with the potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI) and Assistant CCCI (ACCCI) in the daily operations of training facilities.
• Manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Coordinate stakeholders for various training courses.
• Update internal documentation and work with training record programs and web courses.
• Process feedback and Power BI reports for all courses.
• Provide daily support to the CCCI in all relevant areas.
• Support the Cabin Crew training department and instructors.
• Undertake assigned duties, projects, and other operational assignments.

Additional Information
