Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA)

SAS Crew Training is seeking a dynamic and organized Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) to support its growing training department. This role offers a one-year contract with the potential for permanent employment. The CCTA will report directly to the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI) and play a crucial role in the daily operations of the training facilities. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment within SAS Crew Training, which serves all AOCs in SAS, Connect, Link, and Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Cabin Crew Training team (CCCI and Assist CCCI) in daily operations within the training facilities.
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders for various courses.
  • Update internal documentation and manage training record programs, including web courses.
  • Process course feedback and utilize PBI (Power BI) for course analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Cabin Crew Training department and instructors.
  • Offer daily support to the CCCI in all relevant areas.
  • Undertake specific responsibilities and duties, contributing to projects and other operational assignments.

Location and Conditions

The office location may be ARN, CPH, or OSL. Frequent meetings and potential work from CPH are expected, as the CCCI is based there. Working conditions will adhere to administrative regulations in the relevant countries.
