Your Training and Development

The training includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Essential Requirements for Applicants

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to assist another person in the water.
  • Demonstrated hardworking nature, flexibility, and an outgoing, friendly personality are advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a rotational shift pattern.
  • Enjoyment of public interaction and the capacity to deliver excellent customer service with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
