About the Role

As Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This demanding yet rewarding position requires a customer-oriented approach, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings. The role offers significant career progression opportunities within the Ryanair Group, from Cabin Supervisor to Director of Inflight.

Requirements

• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
• Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
• Enjoy dealing with the public and capable of providing excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
• A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
• Candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Successful completion of the Cabin Crew training course will result in the issuance of Cabin Crew Wings.
