About the Role
Ryanair Group, in partnership with Buzz, is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join its dynamic team based in Budapest, Hungary. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and an exciting career path within Europe's largest airline group.
This is an opportunity to become part of a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair Group’s expanding network. Successful candidates will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure passenger safety on more than 3,600 flights daily.
No prior cabin crew experience is required, as a world-class training programme is provided free of charge, equipping you with all essential skills. Upon successful completion, you will earn your Cabin Crew Wings and begin your journey in the skies.
The position involves working a demanding roster, including early morning starts (from 5:00 AM) and late-night finishes (until midnight), operating on an industry-leading 5 days on / 3 days off pattern. Opportunities for clear career progression include roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, and Regional Manager.
Please note that relocation to another base within the Ryanair Group may be required depending on availability.
Requirements

Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Hungary and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network.

The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.

Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

Must successfully complete an English proficiency assessment and a situational judgement test as part of the recruitment process.
